It appears that British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's condition has worsened since we last reported on it. He tested positive for the coronavirus 10 days ago and on Sunday night he was admitted to the hospital with complications. On Monday, we learned that he has been moved to the ICU. He is still conscious and is not on a ventilator, Sky News reports.

Johnson phoned Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab to take over for some responsibilities in his absence, such as security decisions and the UK's day-to-day coronavirus response.

"There's an incredibly strong team spirit behind the prime minister," Raab said in a press conference on Monday.

Johnson had tweeted earlier on Monday that he was in good spirits and thanked the NHS for their care.
