Amazon is expanding its delivery services by using drones to drop off packages. The Prime Air program is meant to cut down delivery times to 30 minutes for small, lightweight packages (those weighing less than five pounds). One woman, however, was not satisfied with her delivery after the drone deposited her items in her backyard swimming pool.

The woman records the drone hovering over her pool before a hatch opens up and drops the box into her pool.

"Oh my God," she says.

Lindsey Austen, of Richmond, Texas, got an alert on Monday that her package was out for delivery via that Prime Air program. Amazon plans to roll it out in 500 cities by the end of the year. When Austen heard the drone buzzing outside, she went to watch the delivery.

“When it went into the pool, I was shocked,” Austen said. “I don’t think I’ll be wanting any more drone deliveries.” According to the New York Post, what was in the package remains a mystery. We just hope it wasn't expensive.

Amazon spokesperson Allie Payne said what happened to Austen is rare. "Prime Air provides customers with fast, reliable delivery across a broad selection of products and the response from customers using Prime Air has been overwhelmingly positive," Payne noted. "Incidents are extremely rare and when a delivery doesn't go as planned, we learn from it."
