It took nearly three days, but former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty has finally decided to throw the second punch in his aborted attack on Republican rival Mitt Romney and his health-care plan – not to his face but on Twitter.

“On seizing debate opportunity re: healthcare: Me 0, Mitt 1. On doing healthcare reform the right way as governor: Me 1, Mitt 0,” the Minnesotan tweeted after weathering days of criticism about his performance at the CNN Republican candidates debate in New Hampshire Monday night.
