Welcome back to "Stream of Kurtiousness!" Today I have contractors here, which means the economy is on the upswing! Yes, the stock market is having a lousy day, but it's a small blip on an overall trend that has been overwhelmingly positive. People can talk about ICE's role in protecting American citizens all they want, but voters will ultimately determine the midterms based on how the economy is doing. Yes, suburban women will always be a problem, but the expanded Trump coalition needs to show up and vote, which has always been a problem when Trump is not on the ballot. The economic metrics look great, but people aren't necessarily feeling it yet. I think by the summer, Americans will finally feel the economic relief. This will help Republicans reverse historical trends and overperform in the midterms. We have nine months for the economy to start blazing, and I think it will!
