Biography
Ethan Blevins grew up in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He received a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a JD and LLM from Duke School of Law. Ethan is a strong believer in personal liberty and limited government. He enjoys writing fiction and poetry, volunteering with his church, and spending time with his wife and two children.
