Daniel A. Varroney is Chief Operating Officer at American Solutions. American Solutions is a citizen action network of over 1.5 Million members with the goal of uniting a majority of Republicans, Democrats, and Independents in support of the next generation of solutions that will ensure that the United States remains the safest, freest, and most prosperous country in the world.
Varroney brings over twenty years of firsthand experience in public office to help American Solutions meet its goal training the next generation of elected officials through its Solutions Academy. For over two-decades, he served the Village of Palatine, Illinois as a Councilman, where he guided the community to twenty-one consecutive balanced budgets and a AA+ bond rating.
Varroney serves as one of American Solution's media spokesmen and oversees its policy, communications, fundraising, advocacy and outreach efforts. Varroney also leads American Solutions jobs and prosperity taskforce which has over 30,000 small business owners and 200 entrepreneurs as members.
Dan Varroney was the first full-time President & Chief Executive Officer of the Association for Corporate Growth, a trade group representing over 11,000 Private Equity Executives, Investment Bankers and Corporate Development Officer members around the world. Prior to his work at ACG, Dan oversaw nationwide grassroots activities and membership as a Senior Vice President at the National Association of Manufacturers.
Dan is a Brooklyn, NY native and life-long Yankees fan. He graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. with a bachelor of arts in American History. In September 2006, he was a "Distinguished Guest Professor", at the Marymount University School of Business. Dan lives with his wife Jeanine in Arlington, VA, the Varroneys have three grown children.
