Joseph Infranco and Rees Lloyd

Joseph Infranco is senior counsel with the Alliance Defense Fund. Rees Lloyd is an attorney and post commander with the American Legion Department of California. Both are leaders of the Defense of Veterans' Memorials Project, a collaborative effort of the two organizations.
