Six world powers formed a nuclear agreement with Iran Sunday. "Iran reaffirms that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek or develop any nuclear weapons," according to the plan. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dubbed the historic agreement a mistake: "It's not made the world a safer place. Like the agreement with North Korea in 2005, this agreement has made the world a much more dangerous place."
