Three out of four Tennesseans support the legalization of marijuana, at least medically, according to a Vanderbilt poll of registered Tennessee voters. While 44 percent approve legalization of only medical marijuana, 32 percent believe that it should be legal for personal use as well. Only 22 percent of Tennesseans believe that it should be completely illegal.
