Colin Kaepernick Tackled By Cuban-American After Praising Fidel Castro, Loses Game

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, infamous for refusing to stand for the National Anthem, praised now deceased Cuban Dictator Fidel Castro late week.

At the beginning of a game against the Miami Dolphins Sunday, Kaepernick was loudly booed by the audience for the comments, which were made just days before Castro's death.

At the end of the game, Kapernick was tackled at the two-yard line by Cuban-American Kiko Alonso, costing him the win. Alonso is the son of Cuban-dissidents.

The game itself came down to the last play, when Kaepernick was stopped at the goal line by Dolphins linebacker Kiko Alonso, a Cuban-American.

Alonso admitted there was some "bad blood" between he and Kaepernick over the Castro comments.

"There were some feelings on my part,” Alonso told the Miami Herald. “I didn’t [see what happened in Cuba first-hand]. But I do have feelings about it. So there was some bad blood there for me with Kaepernick."

The 49ers' defeat was the 10th consecutive loss for the team, the worst losing streak in its history.
