James O'Keefe is back, and this time he is targeting Medicaid offices in Ohio. Two men in the following video pose as wealthy Russian drug lords applying for Medicaid while asking if abortion is covered under the program for their 12-year-old sisters. Medicaid workers are seen and heard recommending Planned Parenthood as a solution to taking care of underage girls who are pregnant.
