Programming Note: Fox & Friends

For you early birds, I'll be in-studio on Fox News Channel's popular morning show, Fox & Friends, at 7:15 am ET.  

Topics:  President Obama believes his re-election fate rests on a belief among the American people that he's been on "our side."  What could go wrong?  Also, on debt negotiations, Rush Limbaugh tells Republicans, "winners do not compromise."  Is he right?  It should be an energetic exchange.
