Donald Trump has named Justice Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court to fill the spot created when Justice Antonin Scalia passed away last February.
Gorsuch currently is a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a native of Colorado and holds degrees from Columbia, Harvard, and Oxford.

Gorsuch is described as an "originalist" and has been compared to Scalia.
