Look Who Are Going To Be Neighbors in D.C.

A few months back, it was widely reported that the Obamas had secured a house in the Kalorama neighborhood to live in after their time in the White House comes to an end. On Wednesday, it was revealed that the Obamas would have another set of politico neighbors: Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, who had purchased a $5.5 million home just blocks away from the Obamas' new digs.

The couple has closed a deal for a new house in the nation’s capital through Washington Fine Properties, brokerage co-owner William F.X. Moody reportedly told the Washingtonian.

The brokers would not disclose the house’s location. But the magazine reported that Trump and Kushner plan to move into a six-bedroom mansion on Tracy Place, in Kalorama Heights, just two blocks from where President Barack Obama and his family will live after the White House.

Listing records show someone bought the house on Tracy Place for $5.6 million on Dec. 23.

Their new home is located two blocks from the house the Obama family will be renting, according to several sources. It has six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. There are five fireplaces.

This could be interesting.
