I know Karl Rove and Joe Trippi seem relatively confident that Mitt Romney will win Ohio, but as close as it is right now, it seems hard to explain why Rick Santorum would be giving his speech unless he knows something about the numbers that the rest of us don't.  Though he declared Ohio "too close to call," immediately before Santorum talked about the state in the past tense.

All the candidates are obviously dead tired -- which sort of explains their strangely flat speech deliveries.
