A liberal group will go on the attack Monday against Republican presidential candidates in New Hampshire ahead of a major initial debate this evening.

Protect Your Care, a liberal group dedicated to defending President Obama's healthcare law, is running a TV ad on Sunday through Tuesday in New Hampshire, where GOP candidates for the White House will gather in Manchester for a debate.

The ad, which will run at times during the debate itself, features a senior citizen expressing worry about what House Republicans' 2012 budget would do to Medicare. That budget, which would reform Medicare for Americans under the age of 55, has become a cause célèbre in the Republican field, and a focal point of criticism by Democrats.
