ep. Dave Brat is serving his second full-term as Virginia’s 7th Congressional District Representative. He is a member of the House Budget Committee, Education and Workforce Committee and Small Business Committee. He is also chair of the Constitution Caucus. Before Congress, Rep. Brat served as a liberal arts professor teaching economics at Randolph Macon College. He has a Ph.D. in Economics from American University and a MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary.
