Dirty Secret No. 2 in Obamacare

Will Congress pass Obamacare by the end of the year?

I've read on several blogs that if my tears can cure cancer, I should take care of universal health care. Cute.

The real fact is that neither I nor Obamacare (in its present form, the 1,000-plus-page H.R. 3200) can provide the remedy.

In my column last week, I explained that dirty secret No. 1 in Obamacare is that the House bill would grant government the authority to come into homes and usurp parental rights over child care and development.

I have a few more secrets to share over these hot August political nights.

Dirty secret No. 2 is that Obama is not the leader of Obamacare. And neither is Congress. The one who has been spearheading the initiative behind the scenes is one who goes under the misnomer "adviser" to the Obama administration, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, a bioethicist and breast oncologist and brother of White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel. And his bible for health care reform is his book "Healthcare, Guaranteed."

Culture of Corruption by Michelle Malkin FREE

Dr. Emanuel has served as special adviser to the director of the White House Office of Management and Budget for health policy as far back as February, when he confessed to the Washington bureau chief for the Chicago Sun-Times that he was "working on (the) health care reform effort." The first draft of Obamacare?

If you want to know the future of America's universal health care, then you must understand the health care principles and plans of Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel. I find it far more than a coincidence how much Emanuel's book parallels Obamacare's philosophy, strategy and proposed legislation.

First, Emanuel rejects any attempts at incremental change or reform to our health care system (Page 185). What's needed, he concludes in his book (Page 171), is an immediate and totally comprehensive reconstruction of health care as we know it. That, of course, describes the vision of Obamacare to a T.

Second, in the chapter "Opening the Door to Comprehensive Change," starting on Page 171 (which reads more like a political and mass-manipulating strategy than a health care manual), Emanuel drives home "a key political lesson: the need to rush the legislation through." (Seen this methodology being used lately?!)

Third, as Obama crusades around the country pitching Obamacare, he continues to avoid giving virtually any specific details of the program. That, too, is a strategy of Emanuel's: "Americans need to avoid the policy weeds. Focusing on details will only distract and create tangles and traps (Page 183)." So "details" of health care reform are "weeds"? That is why we continue to hear only warm and fuzzy generalities from Obama, such as,"If you've already got health care, the only thing we're going to do for you is we're going to reform the insurance companies so that they can't cheat you." Continued...

Ironical Conclusion Which Fed or INTL
If you look closely at the last post I made [Aug 26, 2009 - 12:24 AM EST] you see something very ironic. There is TWO TAX ISSUES - Federal or International or both as Obama desires it to be in order to collect for the Treasury that money he spent on the budget, its not likely to happen & heres why. Can't illustrate a Federal Tax General matter if a International Tax is suppose to relate to the work of the Federal Agents.
Haven't heard anything about a Taxation issue charged to (Fish Oil) imports, has Big Pharma seen all the products to concentrate on?
How issues get mixed responses:
A Territory has no employment laws & no wages laws, everyone works like Obama wants it & everyone pays a Tax so at the end of the day they only have food as a source for all their labor. If a Laborer arrives at work at 8AM instead of 5AM to load three trucks with bags & he only loads three bags then he might only be paid 1 1/2 slices of bread from a loaf or equilavent weight as broken off a loaf of hard bread as pay for the day. He must find more food so he resorts to finding a truck driver that has a illegal shipment of untaxed whatever. That happens often & it does not matter to Corporates in New york or other stateside locations.
Phooey on Obamacare Health Tax Planning to fix the big spending budget he claimed could be repaired for Taxpayers within Ten Years, soon it will be to late to stop Over Spend and Tax Plan. If most fasrming stops in Territories because they cannot achieve anything then & only then would the US Government benefit by moving in a& taking over the land and processed exports that were needed. Tax Money which cannot serve the Treasury as Obamacare is dreaming about a Dictatorship.

Saturated Fat -A Issue- Omega 3: Fish Oi
Generally would not reference Federal Highways as International & the difference is that taxation of goods relates to those of International Routing, not routing of goods between states as would Commerce believe it to be stating. Of course the Goods to & from a state which would originate or be destined to International Routes would endorse such Territories where Taxation has yet to be established as either Local or a General Sales Tax Issuance because of local processing. This would be the invasion of Tobacco Farms in Territories to force a Tax Issuance Stamp & Responsibility to have inspected for having Prepaid a Local Tax prior to the Tobacco being shipped Internationally. Looking further into this Tax Stamp Issuance Mandatory Responsibility would be also applied to Herbs & anything which is being preprocessed prior to being shipped & which would be regarded as ingredients for Drugs or other Health Care Products that would be shipped Internationally.

Significance of what this regards is that if International Territories can Merchant Goods for Health Care so could States between States & this is becoming the defacto reasoning for having a Export Option for States to prepay the Tax and therefore Consumer's Locally would be required to pay any Local Tax which would soften the blow of a International Tax, this trick is being adopted by President hugo Chavez in Venezuela for such things as Farming Products, four, or processed flour (milled by coops of farmers), milk, cheese and now fuel processing plus cement and it was not serving the nation as it was being collected & the nation began showing signs of bankrupt situations. Chavez Government Controls and Owns practically everything now. What is Obama seeking to serve, economic solution or deprivation through additional Tax Collecting & Issuance Fees for Licensing.
