Congratulations to Ron Paul who has won the July Townhall.com & HotAir.com Presidential Straw Poll. Paul has prevailed again despite losing some support from his 22.2% polling last month. Since we began polling in January, Ron Paul has now won three times.
The biggest news from July, however, comes from another Texan. Gov. Rick Perry rocketed from 6th place all the way to 2nd with a huge increase of almost 11 points. Pretty impressive for someone who isn't officially running!
