President Trump: Maxine Waters Is a 'Very Low I.Q. Individual'

President Donald J. Trump was in pique campaign form last night as he appeared at a Make America Great Again rally for Pennsylvania republican congressional hopeful, Rick Saccone. Once again, Trump came out swinging at a barrage of characters from Sleepy-eyed SOB Chuck Todd, CNN, and to the “great” stateswoman Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA.)

"We have to defeat Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters, a very low I.Q. individual," Trump said to the raucous crowd. "You ever see her? You ever seen her? You ever see her? 'We will impeach him! We will impeach the president!' But he hasn't done anything wrong. It doesn't matter, we will impeach him! She's a low I.Q. individual. You can't help it. She really is."

"But you have Maxine Waters, and you have plenty of others, and I mean Nancy Pelosi, you can't have that," Trump said of Democratic leadership in the House.

By all accounts, Rep. Waters is a dismal public servant. Rep. Waters has passed just three bills in her 27 years in Congress. That means on average, Waters produces something noteworthy for constituents every 9 years. One of the bills was renaming a Post Office. The group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington has also given Rep. Waters the "most corrupt member of congress" award four separate times.

Rep. Waters responded on MSNBC's Morning Joy today saying the president an "expert at name calling" and that he has been a "conman all his life." To that extent, the California representative nicknamed the 45th president "Conman Don."
