Man Deported 20 Times Sentenced to 35 Years for Sexual Assault

Sergio Martinez has been deported to Mexico by United States authorities 20 times, but he keeps coming back and keeps committing crimes. But, the illegal alien was finally sentenced in Oregon on Friday, after agreeing to plea deal on charges including, sexual assault, burglary, and kidnapping.

Martinez, age 31, will spend 35 years in prison and register as a sex offender. Townhall previously reported on his heinous sexual assault on a 65-year-old woman.

“Sergio Martinez entered a 65-year-old Portland woman's home through an open window the morning of July 24 and "calmly and quietly" ordered her to the floor. He then tied her hands and feet, blindfolded her, then raped and sodomized her. While violating her, he punched her head into the floor at least twice and threatened to kill her.

After taking her phone, Martinez stole the woman's Prius. The victim went to a neighbor's and called 911. The Prius was found abandoned later.

Martinez wasn't done assaulting women for the day, though. Portland police responded to a call reporting a disturbance between a man and a woman in a basement parking garage. Martinez, armed with a knife, had assaulted another woman.”

The daughter of the victim described the gruesome scene.

“Walking into my mom’s apartment, to have another police officer tell me I couldn’t be there because this was a crime scene,” she said. “Running outside to see my mom on a stretcher, her face covered in blood, her hair matted in blood, scarves and socks tied around her neck and her wrists.”

Martinez’s sentencing comes as President Donald J. Trump reiterated his commitment to building a wall along the United States southern border, after the jury in the Katie Steinle murder trial found the illegal alien in that case not guilty.
