According to Gallup's latest institutional confidence poll, the American peoples' confidence in the Office of the President (not in Obama himself) has declined an astonishing 15 points over the past year.

Also taking hits of 6 percentage points each over the last year are Congress & the U.S. military--but the military still maintains the highest levels of confidence. Meanwhile, Congress has dropped to last place, surpassing unions, "big business" and HMOs:
