Offers of Help in Oil Spill Disaster Remain Ignored

The Obama administration has reportedly received offers of help from 28 countries in trying to stop the flow of oil into the Gulf of Mexico. However, 60 days after the disaster, they have accepted help from

only 5. The State Department reports that the other 23 pending offers are still "under consideration."
