Stupak: No Deal

Interesting: Rep. Bart Stupak's planned press conference for this morning has been delayed and a new time is "not yet to be determined."

A spokesperson for Rep. Stupak is telling Fox News this morning that last-minute negotiations are still taking place. But

National Review reports that two pro-life GOP members close to Stupak have confirmed, "any Stupak deals are off. They just spoke with him and they said he's finished with Pelosi."
