Nasty Lemon: There's A Witness To CNN Host's Alleged Sexual Assault

CNN’s Don Lemon has been accused of sexual assaultby a bartender. This certainly could’ve gone into the dustbin without any corroborating evidence or witnesses. Remember, belief is not evidence. Well, it turns out we have a witness to his alleged attack. The assault reportedly occurred in the summer of 2018. The bartender, Dustin Hice, and his manager, George Gounelas, went out after work to a local bar, Murf’s Backstreet Tavern that is located in the Hamptons. Hice attempted to buy the CNN host a drink and strike up a conversation both of which were reportedly turned down. Lemon later approached Hice, allegedly drunk and asked him if he wanted to do anything sexual with him due to his insistence on speaking with him. Hice denied there was anything sexual, saying he just wanted to say, “what’s up,” and then Lemon allegedly shoved his hands down his shorts. Gounelas saw the whole thing, as he was reportedly standing right next to Hice (via Fox News):

“Dustin worked for me as a bartender [and] we went out after work one night. We were standing there and he said, ‘Hey, that’s Don Lemon,’” Gounelas said. “Murf’s is a place you go to drink after you’ve been out drinking. We had just gotten off of work. So that’s why we ended up there, because we worked in the restaurant business. So by the time everything is done, we can only hit a late-night spot.”

Hice approached Lemon to strike up a conversation but the newsman declined, according to Gounelas, who said he and Hice then offered to buy Lemon a drink, which the CNN host also declined.

Gounelas said that a few moments later, Lemon came up to them.

“Don Lemon has now come around the corner and is standing face to face with us. There is a beam, a pole, in the place. Don’s standing up against the pole, face to face with Dustin, I turn around and I’m standing right there between the two of them,” Gounelas said. “He’s saying, ‘So you like me? Is that why you’re bothering me?’”

Hice responded, “Nah, man, I just wanted to say, 'What’s up?’” according to Gounelas.

Gounelas told Fox News he couldn’t recall what Lemon said verbatim, but it was “along the lines of, 'Do you like me? Is that why you’re bothering me, because you wanna f--- me?'”

Gounelas said Lemon appeared “pretty drunk” when he confronted the duo at the wee-hours watering hole.

“He put his hands down his pants, inside his board shorts, grabbed his [genitals], and then came out with two fingers and, like, clipped Dustin’s nose up and down with two fingers asking ‘do you like p---- or d---?’” Gounelas said.

Fox added that Hice was reportedly teased about the incident. Gounelas said he laughed at the initial encounter, though his colleague did not find it amusing in the slightest. He also added that he feels bad that he teased Hice about the reported incident, which was done in front of a ton of people; Gounelas said that he’s fairly certain others saw what he allegedly did to Hice.

The place was packed. I’m sure other people saw. It was a known thing in the Hamptons, not like this quiet thing. Everybody knew Dustin and what happened to him,” Gounelas said. “Every time we went out, every bartender offered him a Lemon drop shot, making fun of him. He got some sh-t for it.”

Now, since I’m not a liberal, let’s repeat: let’s wait and see. We have a corroborating witness and there could be others. That’s the normal standard. That’s the right standard. On the Left, Lemon should be branded a sexual predator, someone who attacked a man at a local bar in the Hampton and should be fired over it. His life should be destroyed. There is no due process. He’s guilty. Guilty! But there will be no mob mentality here. It’s certainly not good for Lemon, who has denied this encounter. Still, these are the Left’s rules and I don’t feel bad if they’re applied just as ruthlessly to their own kind. That’s the game. I don’t know if Lemon is guilty, but let’s just say that we have a solid corroborating witness whereas in the Kavanaugh Supreme Court fight, there were a total of none.
