We’re back. And we have fellow Townhall writer, Mediaite contributor, and U.S. Marine reservist Julio Rosas with us. President Trump tried to get Democrats to compromise. They refused. So, he left a meeting with them yesterday. Democrats aren’t giving any counter offers. Trump offered to re-open the government in exchange for the $5 billion to build parts of his border wall.  The Democrats aren’t playing ball. The government remains shut down. It’s now day 20, and no one really cares, except for those Democrat government workers whining about not getting paid, which Storm said isn’t exactly true. The reality is no one gives a crap about government workers. So, will Trump declare a national emergency to get the wall built? It looks like he’s very, very open to it.

As the shutdown continues, CNN’s Ana Navarro, a so-called GOP strategist who has become a full-blown Democrat, seemed unconcerned about illegal aliens killing Americans; she decided to file her nails during a segment about this.

Because Micah "screwed up" the agenda, Rosas had to go through the best quotes from former Secretary of Defense James Mattis. One of the best was when he was asked what keeps him up at night in his position running the nation’s defense department. Mattis, coolly responded, “Nothing. I keep other people awake at night.”

We wrapped up talking about our own Kurt Schlichter’s column about the top ten things liberals want to ban in the next decade. Free speech is already on the endangered list. Gas-powered cars, firearms, all-male sports teams, and conservatives are some of the top targets. We all went through how their authoritarian political correctness ethos is going to consume and kill all unless we fight back.
