Criminal Case Against Sebelius-Linked Late-Term Abortionist Opens Monday

The website Kansas Liberty reports:
"Wichita late-term abortionist Dr. George Tiller is scheduled to begin Monday, and opening arguments will begin a week later."

This, of course, could complicate things for Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, Obama's nominee for Health Secretary -- who has been closely linked to Tiller.

Sadly, both of Kansas' Republican Senators are supporting Sebelius' nomination.  Still, the timing of this trial -- and the potential media it could generate -- seems like bad news for Obama and Sebelius...
