Not sure who is behind this, but it seems someone may have finally figured out how to beat Duncan.

In addition to pushing a pretty compelling message (reminding members that -- fairly or not -- Dems have fared well under Duncan's tenure), the fact that this is humorous -- at a time when RNC members are no doubt sick of receiving attack emails and mail -- probably makes this especially effective ...
