Alaska Magazine also profiled her in February, and they actually got a look at how the Palin family REALLY shops for clothes (Bristol Palin won parental approval for a $15 dress for a gala, but got in trouble for spending $30 on a leg waxing..."that was supposed to be gas money.")  If the extravagant purchases were made, I'm guessing they were not by Palin ...
