Coul Be a Long Night in Texas

Just received an email from someone on the ground in Texas.

According to rules, everyone in line gets to vote, so long as they were in line by 7 pm Texas time.  Once everyone votes, the caucus starts 15 minutes later.

Results from TX will be coming in very slowly.
