Chuck Hagel to Retire from Senate

Nebraska Senator Chuck Hagel will announce on Monday his intention to retire from the U.S. Senate.

While Nebraska is a Republican state, this is still one more seat in which Democrtats will have an open shot at winning (no GOP incumbent).

Of course, rumors have surfaced that Hagel may team up with Bloomberg for an Independent Presidential run. At this point, it appears he is saying he will not seek the presidency ...
