Paris Hilton Goes to Jail Day

So I just got home, turned on the TV and saw that Dan Abrams has a special on MSNBC tonight on Paris Hilton's return to jail.  Then, a press conference came on with the LA County Sheriff explaining that she served the normal amount of time (for her crime) -- and that keeping her longer is tantamount to treating her worse than an average person.

... Now, Hardball with Chris Matthews is on, and he's already had clips of John Edwards discussing the issue.  One of his guests is Al Sharpton.  (FOX News is also covering this, but not with the same gusto as MSNBC ....)

So what's your take?

1. Is this media overload?

2. Should she stay or should she go?
