No Answer at Hillary HQ

I just called Hillary's New Hampshire headquarters three times, just to ask a question about an event. There's a long, automated intro message which leads to the option to push '0' for an operator or '1' for a directory.

I hit '0', but got no human on the line. Instead, I got a message that the "voicemail box is full. Please call back again later." I hit '1' and unless you know the name of your contact before you call, you can't get access to anyone.

This strikes me as a bad reception to give those calling in to volunteer. Every other HQ I've called so far has gotten me a very helpful person on the line.
