Kagan Confirmed

Elena Kagan has been confirmed by the United States Senate to serve on the Supreme Court.

The vote was 63-37 in favor. Republican Sens. Coburn, Collins, Gregg, Hatch, Kyl, Lugar and Snowe all joined most of the Democrats in confirming the Obama nominee.
