President Obama's approval free fall continues as Congress gets back to work today in Washington. A whopping 59 percent of voters disapprove of the way Obama has handled the economy in a new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll and Congress didn't poll any better, 70 percent of voters disapprove of lawmakers after the summer recess.
