Not surprising considering democrats haven't been "there yet," for over a year and didn't pass a budget last year, resulting in a possible government shut down now. Boehner reiterated the republican stance that no one wants a shut down and as of this morning is prepared to bring another continuing resolution up for a vote later today, making it the third CR in just two months.
