President Donald Trump joined Second Lady Usha Vance for her Storytime with the Second Lady series in what may be the funniest reading of a children’s story you’ll see.
Usha has a very special guest on her podcast today, President Donald J. Trump! It’s great and one of my favorite episodes so far pic.twitter.com/bs2WttHVCS

.@POTUS joins 'Storytime with @SLOTUS' from the Oval Office: "I'm doing this for a great Second Lady. She's been so popular around the White House. Everybody loves you." ❤️ pic.twitter.com/nDHtw94WSC

Trump joined Vance for a reading of “Presidents Play!” as part of the Independence Day episode. Rather than perform a traditional reading of the book, Trump spent the episode delivering hilarious quips about the various presidents featured in the book.
.@SLOTUS: "Do you have any time to read for fun these days?"@POTUS: "So I end up reading mostly newspapers. I usually read stories about myself." 🤣 pic.twitter.com/a0q7jDEpHu

Trump on Richard Nixon:

Nixon spent a lot of time fighting to stay in office because a lot of people got him into trouble, and he got himself into trouble, I guess. pic.twitter.com/JjIMHmqiMx
Trump couldn’t resist hitting Obama, even while reading a children’s book lmao:

Barack Hussein Obama as a basketball player. I don't know if he was a good player. I tend to doubt it. His favorite sport is golf—but he won't be in the Masters anytime soon. pic.twitter.com/lPPpkGDfIt
He still has it lmfao https://t.co/ZrEmYCcMSW pic.twitter.com/LkU2wna9aV

Trump on JFK:

John Kennedy was a great guy, handsome.
They say he was the second most good-looking president. pic.twitter.com/aBZnydFj4R
Trump: “William Taft was a large man. Very large. Loved the hotdogs at the baseball games. He was our heaviest president, and I have to be careful because I don’t want to supersede his record. That would be possible if I allowed it to happen.” 😂 pic.twitter.com/3KZCBXhqVv

Totally worth watching for Trump's color commentary on every president. A sample: On Taft: "He was our heaviest president, and I have to be careful, because I don't want to supersede his record, and a thing like that would be possible if I allowed it to happen. For all of you out… https://t.co/DqKylY1LRb

With how much I laughed in just a couple of minutes, I’m looking forward to the Director’s Commentary that Trump releases for the Patriot next year (fingers crossed). We'll see how many kids he convinced to spend more of their time reading, though.
