Pat Toomey has won the Pennsylvania GOP primary, as expected. He'll have a good chance against Democratic challenger Joe Sestak.... not Arlen Specter.

Also on the radar: Kentucky's third congressional district, where tea party candidate and UPS pilot Todd Lally beat out two other challengers in the GOP primary for the right to challenge Democratic Rep. John Yarmuth.
