As part of that lawsuit, a California judge is now Advertisement trying to force gay marriage opponents to turn over campaign documents -- while the other side gets to keep their documents secret. Lawyers for Protect Marriage are trying to block these documents from being turned over to the judge -- and rightfully so. First Amendment, anyone?
