WH: Decision to Close Gitmo "Hasty"

After the Senate blocked funds that would allow the closure of Gitmo, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said this about moving forward:
We've made some hasty decisions that are now going to take some time to unwind, and closing Guantanamo Bay is obviously one of those decisions.
