Think Obamacare is Unconstitutional?

Not for long. In her opinion upholding Obamacare, Judge Gladys Kessler writes that:
“It is pure semantics to argue that an individual who makes a choice to forgo health insurance is not ‘acting,’ especially given the serious economic and health-related consequences to every individual of that choice. Making a choice is an affirmative action, whether one decides to do something or not do something.”

Now thinking can be regulated? Conservatives have argued for a long time that if Congress can compel people to buy health insurance, there isn't much they can't do.  Now it sounds like liberals are saying the same thing. Congress can regulate anything they see fit, goes the argument, so long as it can be shoe-horned into the 'interstate commerce' label. The only difference is that liberals seem to think that this is a good thing.

Criticize this law while you still can.
