AT THE RACES: Washington State

VANCOUVER, WA -- I started my day in Seattle, where I caught up with Republican Senate candidate Dino Rossi.  After attending a Rossi campaign event highlighting the devastation Obamacare is wreaking on small businesses, I made my way down Route 5 to the Washington-Oregon border and Washington's 3rd Congressional District.  Incumbent Democrat Brian Baird is retiring after his current term, creating a hotly contested open seat scenario.  Republican nominee
