Obama Omits "Creator" from Declaration of Independence Quotation

The Blaze reports that President Obama engaged in some recitation revisionism when he addressed the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute last week.  While quoting a famous passage from the Declaration of Independence, the president dropped a key clause from his reading:

The line is supposed to read: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

But Obama’s recitation left out an important part: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are crated equal. [Long Pause] Endowed with certain inalienable [sic] rights: life and liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”

His "long pause" is intriguing.  Was this an innocent oversight, or was it intentional?  You decide:

UPDATE II: In case you've forgotten, this isn't the first time Obama's impulse to excise Christian imagery has reared its head.  No worries, though, he's totally a Christian, the White House says.  Or is Ann Coulter right?
