Sebelius Gets Her Comeuppance As House Begins Its Obamacare Challenge

She is the Secretary Of Health and Human Services, which employs over 67,000 people, and she may be the most powerful unelected official in the nation's history, now that Obamacare is the law of the land.

She essentially runs nearly 16% of our economy. She is the CEO of American Health Care--but without any shareholders--and without having to answer to Congress. Well, at least not until Thursday.

One of the big bonuses of winning control of the House is having control of the committee hearings and control over who is hauled up to Capitol Hill to answer to "We the People."

Finally, this unelected Boss of Health Care was compelled to explain Obamacare to members of Congress who had not heard from her in a very long time--since February of last year, to be specific.

Here is Sebelius testifying before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health. The highlight--hands down--was the job done by Congressman John Shimkus (R-IL) when he asked Sebelius why she pulled a no-show for over a year on Capitol Hill. The answer wasn't pretty!

Big HT: Lee Habeeb

Here is Sebelius getting busted again, by Shimkus--this time for double-counting savings under Obamacare. Man it's good to have a Congress that represents truth, transparency, and we the American people.
