Bush v. Gore, is going to take the same-sex marriage case all the way to the Supreme Court if he has to with fellow high-profile lawyer David Boies (liberal) who represented Vice President Al Gore in Bush v. Gore. Here is the video from today's press conference. They appear to be very confident with their case. One thing is for sure, the same-sex marriage advocacy group (American Foundation for Equal Rights) has found an outstanding one-two punch from the team of Olson and Boies.
