Air Force One Photo-Op Cost Taxpayers $328,835

Area buildings in Battery Park were evacuated during the scare. When told of the flight, President Barack Obama was furious, a White House official said on the condition of anonymity to discuss private conversations.  Air Force One photographed over Staten Island.

Unfortunately, the NYC Air Force One fly-by was missing in the GOP's "100 Days of No Accountability" ad. Bloomberg reports the photo-op costing "taxpayers $328,835 and caused a furor in New York City." It has also been reported that the Feds knew the fly-by would cause panic--they were cool wit dat.
