Barney Frank Discusses 'That Homophobe Antonin Scalia' To '365 Gay'

recent challenge to the federal DOMA (Defense Of Marriage Act) filed by Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders (GLAD).  Frank says that he wouldn't want DOMA coming before the Supreme Court at this time because  “That homophobe Antonin Scalia has got too many votes.” He also spoke about DADT (Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell), anti-discrimination legislation and a hate crimes bill (Prop 8 stuff). Overall, Barney Frank is “optimistic.”
