On Friday, Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA) spoke with "365 Gay" reporter Ross Palombo. "365 Gay" is the website for "Logo," the cable channel for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered community--remember the "gay debate" during the presidential primary season--it was on the "Logo" channel. Frank discusses the recent challenge to the federal DOMA (Defense Of Marriage Act) filed by Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders (GLAD).  Frank says that he wouldn't want DOMA coming before the Supreme Court at this time because  “That homophobe Antonin Scalia has got too many votes.” He also spoke about DADT (Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell), anti-discrimination legislation and a hate crimes bill (Prop 8 stuff). Overall, Barney Frank is “optimistic.”
