GOP presidential nominee candidate Rick Santorum wants a chance to take on rival Mitt Romney one-on-one, reports ABC News. Santorum made the statement in an interview on "This Week":

“I’d love to be able to get one-on-one with Gov. Romney and expose the record that would be the weakest record we could possibly put up against Barack Obama,” said Santorum. “We can’t nominate such a weak candidate.”

Of course, it makes sense not to say the same about former Speaker of the House and also GOP presidential nominee candidate Newt Gingrich, arguably the best debater of the four remaining candidates.
