Romney Leading in Puerto Rico

Votes are still being counted, but, right now, Romney has a sizeable lead over the other three GOP candidates in the Puerto Rico primary. Right now, CNN has only 11% of the precincts reporting, but Romney has 86% of those votes.

If a candidate has more than 50% of the vote, he will win all of them.
