Rep. Wu Decides He's Leaving Congress Tonight

The National Journal is reporting Rep. David Wu of Oregon, he of the Tiger costume and, more importantly, the sexual scandal involving the teenage daughter of a campaign donor fame, is resigning tonight "at 11:59 p.m."

The Journal write-up said Wu announced his intention to resign after the debt ceiling vote was cast. Wu, of course, voted yes.
